Information you provide
- Demo and product requests: name, work email, company or team, database environment, storage information, and the recovery objective you describe.
- Support Portal: account details, company, tickets, replies, and files or sanitized logs you choose to upload.
- Email: the address, message, and attachments you send directly to ILOGICSOFT.
Do not submit database contents, passwords, private keys, access tokens, license secrets, or unredacted production logs through website forms.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, evaluate product fit, provide contracted or community support, investigate technical issues, secure the service, and maintain relevant business records. DBAegis does not sell website visitor or customer information.
Optional measurement
Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are loaded only after you select “Allow measurement.” When allowed, they may process page visits, device/browser details, approximate location, referral and advertising click information, and interactions such as Community downloads, demo-request clicks, and confirmed form leads. Advertising personalization and Google signals remain disabled. You can change your choice using “Measurement preferences” in the footer.
Cookies and local storage
- The main website stores your measurement choice in browser local storage.
- The Support Portal uses a secure session cookie for authentication and account-scoped access.
- Session storage carries campaign parameters, the first landing page, and referring page into a demo request so the team can understand which outreach produced it.
- Google Analytics and advertising-attribution storage are used only after measurement permission is granted.
Service providers and external sites
Website hosting, email delivery, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement when accepted, and GitHub Community links may involve service providers processing limited information for their services. External websites operate under their own privacy terms.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, provide support, meet contractual or legal requirements, maintain security records, and resolve disputes. ILOGICSOFT uses access controls, encrypted transport, session protections, and operational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may decline optional measurement without losing access to the website. To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your email address, contact contact@ilogicsoft.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, or contractual purposes.
